A manager from a significant restaurant inside the neighborhood location known as in for our services. He had been asked to uncover out if we could help the owner. It had become clear that some of the waiting staff where stealing from the Tips pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there may be as a lot as £5000 inside the pot on a Saturday night. There had been only two methods that the cash could possibly be stolen from the pot. 1 would be before the money was put into the pot as well as the other could be when it was getting counted inside the staff room.

We also decided to go undercover and pose as a couple getting a meal. We wanted to try and get the waiter to take a bit tip from us to see what he would do with the cash.
The Restaurant was fairly busy and so where the waiters. We had a fantastic meal and showed our appreciation at the end when we gave the waiter a huge tip. Soon after we left we went back to the office to watch the film footage. It quite clearly showed both the head waiter as well as the Bar man taking dollars from the Tip jar and also forgetting to put their suggestions in. Our client was delighted using the CCTV and the reality that we caught the head waiter and Barman read handed.
