We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
